Terms & Conditions
1. Cancellation Policy – If you cancel your session 48 or more hours before the start of the session no fee will be charged. If you cancel your session between 48 & 24 hours of the start time of the session you will be charged 50% of the session fee. If you cancel your session within 24 hours of the start time of the session you will be charged the full session fee.
2. Equipment – All equipment in each room is yours to use free of charge when you book a session so please respect and look after it. We will give you a disclaimer at the start of every session so you can let us know if anything is broken or missing, that way the wrong people will not get blamed.
2a. Damaged Equipment – If a piece of equipment breaks, let us know, although we check equipment as much as we can, sometimes things do break. Whether it’s your fault or not the equipment will still need fixing, sometimes it’s just general repairs that need doing but if it is through your misuse you will be charged for the repair/replacement of the equipment.
2b. Missing Equipment – If anything goes missing from a room you will be asked to replace the item, so do look carefully when filling out the disclaimer.
3. Prices – The prices on this website are fixed and if there are going to be any changes made we will inform you at least 14 days in advance, if you see a promotional deal elsewhere please let us know when booking the session so we make sure you get the right deal.
4. Booking Online - When you make a booking online it is sent to one of the DPS team and they will deal with your request. We can not guarantee all rooms at all times, please check on the desired rehearsal room's page for availability and state which room you would like in the 'comments' section of the booking form when booking.
If you would not like your e-mail to be added to our mailing list please make a note of this in the 'comments' section of the booking form.
